Refunds: Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

No Guarantee of Results While we employ industry best practices to improve your campaign performance, we do not guarantee specific results, such as a certain number of leads, sales, or a specific Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Digital advertising performance is influenced by market trends, competition, and your website’s conversion ability.
4. Account Suspension We operate in compliance with Google Ads policies. However, we are not liable if Google suspends, restricts, or bans your ad account due to your website content, business practices, or previous account history.
5. Intellectual Property Any strategy documents, reports, or ad copy we create remain your property upon full payment. You represent that you own all rights to the images and content on your website.
